The Pistons now drop to 16-21 on the season and will host the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday.
The Columbus Blue Jackets are continuing to tear apart the NHL with extending their winning streak to 16 games, one victory shy of tying the all time record held by the 1992-1993 Pittsburgh Penguins. The Blue Jackets beat the Edmonton Oilers last night 3-1 to keep the streak alive. The Blue Jackets will have a chance to tie the record on Thursday night when they head to Washington to take on the Capitals.

The Ducks have the second best power play in the NHL at 24 percent while the Red Wings are near the bottom. Game time is at 10:30 pm tonight.
