Cubs Are Going To The World Series, High School Football Playoffs

Marquette, MI – Anthony Rizzo of the Chicago Cubs caught the ball for the final out to send the Cubs to their first appearance in the World Series since 1945. Cubs pitcher Kyle Hendricks out pitched Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw, Rizzo and Contreras each homered early and the Cubs won the National League Championship. The Cubs will be taking on the Cleveland Indians beginning on Tuesday night at 8 pm.

The Detroit Lions Matthew Stafford threw for 266 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Lions to a 20-17 win over the Washington Redskins. The Lions have now won three games in a row with them gaining the lead in the 4th quarter. The Lions now hit the road and head to Houston to take on the Texans next Sunday at 1 pm.

High School Football has prepared all of the playoff games for each division for the opening round that starts this coming Friday. Below are each matchup.
