Marquette, MI – March 24, 2022 – For the third consecutive MHSAA Boy’s Basketball Tournament, the U.P. will have a representative playing in the state championship game in Division 3. Iron Mountain played in the state title game in 2019 and 2021 (2020 tournament cancelled due to pandemic), and now in 2022 it will be the Menominee Maroons. Menominee took down Ecorse 74-56 for the berth in the state championship game against Schoolcraft on Saturday.
