Ishpeming, MI – March 24, 2022 – Tonight was the long-awaited Household Golden Giveaway Party! We gave away many door prizes, enjoyed a great dinner from Mamma Russo’s, and of course, found the grand prize winner! Thank you to everyone who took part and came out for the party!
Hosted at River Rock Lanes and Banquet Center in Ishpeming, we welcomed all the finalists and their plus-ones for the evening. Once everyone was settled in, Mark & Walt, and Adam Carpenter welcomed everyone and started the night!
Mamma Russo’s hosted a delicious dinner consisting of lasagna, cudighi, potato salad, pasta salad, green apple marshmallow salad for dessert! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Once everyone was through with dinner, more door prizes were given out!
Bill Tibor and Steve, the current owner of Household Appliance, explained the meaning behind the Golden part of the giveaway! It’s Household 50th Anniversary and this giveaway was to help celebrate that. Steve also announced and introduced his future predecessor, Tammy!
Then, the main event was finally next! We called 4 lucky finalists to the front of the room as they randomly selected one of four envelopes containing either a finalist prize or the shopping spree grand prize! Everyone opened their envelopes at the same time, but who won what?!
Pamela Valdez from Gwinn won the Tadych’s gift basket and Amanda Meneguzzl of Marquette won a Super One Foods gift card! The 195 gallons of gas card was won by Rose Wesa of Ishpeming, and last but not least, Sara Schetter of Marquette won the Household Golden Giveaway grand prize of a $5000 furniture shopping spree!
