Marquette, MI – January 5, 2021 – The MHSAA will begin wrapping up the Fall sports tournaments at the end of this week, and in just over 2 weeks time, will begin the Winter sports season. Marquette Senior High School Athletic Director Alex Tiseo joined The Sports Drive for another “Tiseo Tuesday” segment. Alex discusses the logistics of the rapid testing program allowing for Fall sports to finish, and the condensed schedules of the upcoming Winter season.
The WCHA released their players of the week and to no surprise, Minnesota State took on a bulk of the honors. MSU took down Northern Michigan by a combined total of 9-0 in 2 games this past weekend. But there was also a Michigan tech player honored. Luke and Tyler talk about some great performances over the weekend.
