Marquette, MI – December 19, 2019 – The Marquette Challenge is one of the most popular high school wrestling events in the state of Michigan. With teams from all over the state making the trip to participate, and over 60 ranked individual wrestlers competing, the “challenge” is being able to make it to the finals. The event takes place this Saturday at MSHS and Marquette wrestling coach Tony Gentz joined the Sports Drive to talk about his team and to preview the big weekend.
Herman Boone, the legendary high school football coach of T.C Williams, portrayed by Denzel Washington in “Remember the Titans” passed away at age 84. This got Luke and Tyler discussing some of the best sports movies, and best sports movie characters of all time.
