Marquette, MI – August 12, 2019 – The day is finally here. The opening day of the 2019 high school football season in the state of Michigan. Fall camp opened up with two-a-days happening all over the Upper Peninsula and the state. Luke and Tyler looked ahead to the football season with a surprise cameo from Mark Evans.
The MHSAA has ruffled feathers plenty of times in the past with decisions they have made regarding high school student-athletes in the state of Michigan. And they are at it again. The MHSAA has ruled a Walled Lake Western senior receiver ineligible because he took some high school level courses as a home-schooled 8th grader. Despite being only 17 years old, and not having enough credits to graduate, the Northwestern commit will have to sit out his senior year of football, and that doesn’t sit right with Luke and Tyler.
