Pigs And Heat – The Heat Roasts The Pigs This Year

Wednesday night at Lakeview Arena in Marquette, the Heat beat the Pigs 4 to 3 in the annual charity hockey game.
The Heat scored first in the first period and kept the pressure on throughout the game, never trailing.
Don, “Duck” Schetter of the Heat was named Most Valuable Player for the game with Jeff Sims gaining honorable mention.
It’s estimated that the game netted between 12 and 13 thousand dollars for the Marquette County Fire Relief fund.
