PGA – Paddy Harrington Wins The Honda Classic

Paddy Harrington beat 21-year-old rookie Daniel Berger on the second playoff hole to win the rain-delayed Honda Classic yesterday.

Harrington shot an even-par 70 in regulation to tie Berger at six-under 274 and force the playoff.

Berger put his shot in the water on the second hole and Harrington parred to notch his first PGA Tour win since the 2008 PGA Championship.

Paul Casey, Russell Knox and Ian Poulter finished tied for third at minus-five.

Phil Mickelson tied for 17th place at even-par and Sergio Garcia tied for 31st place at three-over.

Rory McIlroy failed to make the cut on Friday.
