NBA – The Detroit Pistons Fall To The Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors held off a fourth-quarter rally from the Detroit Pistons to grab a 114-110 victory at the Air Canada Centre last night.

Detroit pulled within two with 15 seconds left, but couldn’t pull off the comeback.

D.J. Augustin went off for 35 points and eight assists replacing Brandon Jennings in the starting lineup.

Greg Monroe chipped in 21 points and 16 rebounds for Detroit, which has lost three of four.

They host the Cavs tomorrow night.

Pistons guard Brandon Jennings will miss the rest of the season due to a ruptured left Achilles tendon.

Jennings suffered the injury in the third quarter of Saturday’s game against Milwaukee.

The 25-year-old Jennings was averaging a team-best 15.4 points and 6.6 assists per game this season.
